-Exchange and refund by simple change of mind are not allowed. 

-Free shipping will be provided for purchases over 700 dollars.

-If you want express delivery, there will be an additional cost and it will be delivered by DHL. 

-Delivery will depart from Italy or Korea, and the departure point will vary depending on the location of the product. 

-It will take 5-7 working days for the shipment from Korea.

* 해외배송 

1. 배송정보

 - 해외배송의 경우 개별 배송이 아닌 사업자 배송으로 개별적으로 지급되는 송장 번호는 없습니다.

 - 배송 진행 상황은 배송출발시*, 통관완료시*, 국내배송 변환시* 문자로 개별 연락이 진행됩니다.

 - 만약 개별 배송 진행을 원하실경우 배송 기간은 단축되나 추가 비용이 부피 무게에따라 다소 높은 금액으로 부과될 수 있습니다.

2. 배송기간 

- 일반적으로 7-10영업일(주말 공휴일 제외) 를 안내드리고 있으며 배송에 관해서는 변수가 많은 관계로 최대 15 영업일 까지를 안내드리고 있습니다. 

3. 관,부가세 

- 밀라노청년에서 판매되어지는 모든 제품의 가격은 관, 부가세가 포함된 가격으로 추가 지불되는 금액은 없습니다. 

4. 교환/반송

- 해외배송의 경우 주문후 준비되어 오는 상품들이므로 교환/환불이 단순 변심및 사이즈 미스등으로 불가능합니다.

단 제품의 명확한 하자나 파손등의 경우 교환및 환불이 가능합니다.

*국내배송 

1. 배송정보

 - 대한민국 내에서 진행되는 배송으로 우체국택배*만을 이용하여 안전하게 배송 하고 있습니다. 

 - 가까운 서울 권역 내에서는 퀵배송도 진행 가능합니다.

2. 배송기간 

 - 국내배송은 일반적으로 2-3영업일 이내에 문제없이 도착합니다. 

 - 퀵배송의 경우 요청후 매장이 영업중 일 경우 2-4시간내로 완료됩니다. 

3. 교환/환불 

 - 국내에 재고가 있는 제품을 구매하셨을 경우 7영업일 이내로 교환/환불이 가능합니다.

 - 제품의 하자및 오배송의 이유가 아닌이상 교환/환불은 왕복 배송비 12.000원이 청구됩니다. 

*퀵배송

- 서울/ 서울근교 경기권역 지원 가능합니다.

- 1,500,000원 이상 구매시만 지원하는 서비스입니다.

- 15,000원에 한하여 비용이 면제되고 추가 발생하는 비용은 고객 부담입니다. 

예) 경기 구리 퀵요청시 퀵비용 21,000원 -15,000원 (면제금)= 6,000(추가 고객 부담금)
